AI Floor Plan Generator

Loading your workspace…

Three ways to explore your floor plan

Start with an idea or an existing plan, then choose the output you need.

  • Create: describe your rooms and layout requirements, optionally add a reference image, and generate a 2D floor plan image.
  • Optimize: upload an existing plan and explore a revised layout or a furnished 2D plan using your goals and constraints.
  • Interior Preview: upload a floor plan and visualize a living room or bedroom in your selected interior style.

How to use the AI floor plan generator

  1. 01Choose Create, Optimize, or Interior Preview in the workspace. You can switch modes without leaving the page.
  2. 02Describe your requirements and choose the available settings. Upload a plan for Optimize or Interior Preview; a reference is optional for Create.
  3. 03Generate an image, review it against your requirements, and download the result. Adjust your inputs to explore another version.

Give your plan useful context

  • For Create, include room counts, approximate dimensions, and practical relationships such as a kitchen beside the dining area.
  • For Optimize, use a readable plan with visible walls and doorways. State which elements should remain and what you want to improve.
  • For Interior Preview, choose Living Room or Bedroom and an interior style. Add materials, colors, or furniture preferences when they matter.

What to expect from your result

  • Each generation produces an image. Results are not editable CAD or BIM drawings, navigable 3D models, or construction documents.
  • Reference images and preservation settings guide the model but do not guarantee exact geometry. Check dimensions, walls, openings, and labels against your source.
  • Generation requires an account and sufficient credits. Check the cost shown in the workspace before generating.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the three modes?

Create turns a written brief into a floor plan image. Optimize revises or furnishes an existing plan. Interior Preview produces an eye-level living room or bedroom image from a plan reference.

Do I need to upload a floor plan?

No. You can generate from a written description alone. A reference image is optional.

Which reference files can I use?

Upload one PNG, JPEG, or WebP image up to 10 MB.

Will locked elements stay exactly the same?

Preservation options guide generation, but they do not guarantee exact geometry. Review the generated plan against your source.

Is the result an interactive 3D room?

No. The result is an eye-level interior image that you can view and download.

Does optimization use credits?

Yes. You need an account and sufficient credits. The workspace shows the cost before you generate.
